Educational Qualification: B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E

1. Position: QA Tester

2. Education Qualifications: University degree in the field of computer science, engineering graduate or equivalent

3. Knowledge & Experience : 

a) 2-5 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role 

b) Experience in project management and QA methodology 

c) Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JMeter) and SQL 

d) Familiarity with Agile frameworks, regression testing and Selenium is a plus 

e) Ability to document and troubleshoot errors  Excellent communication skills 

f) Attention to detail 

g) Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude 

h) Strong organizational skills

4. Key Requirements: Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle Reviewing and analyzing system specifications Executing test scripts and reviewing results
