1. Technical Lead / Chief Operating Officer (CTO)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in R&D or healthcare tech project management

Instrumentation / Electronics or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in R&D in biomedical sensor—based devices and embedded
biomedical hardware systems.
Desired Skills:
e Expertise in biomedical sensors (ECG, EEG, EMG, SpO2, BP, glucose, HB, temperature,
respiratory, optical/imaging) and signal acquisition, conditioning, filtering, and noise reduction
e Hands-on experience with integrated hardware systems, including sensor interfacing, DAQ,
microcontrollers/processors (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, ARM, Raspberry Pi) and embedded
firmware (C/C++)
e Proficiency in PCB design, debugging, and EMI/EMC practices, along with communication

The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of medical
and physiological sensing systems.
Design and develop biomedical sensor—based devices (ECG, SpO2, BP, glucose, HB, temperature,
respiratory, optical, imaging, etc.)
Integrate hardware systems, including sensors, microcontrollers//processors, and embedded
firmware
Support prototyping, integration, calibration, validation, and performance testing of biomedical
instruments
Collaborate with clinicians, software, and AI teams for system integration
3. Junior Engineer - Biomedical Sensors & Devices
Number of Posts: 1
Monthly Emoluments: = 1,25,000/- per month
Upper Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering / Instrumentation / Electronics
or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in R&D in biomedical sensor—based devices and embedded biomedical
hardware systems.
Desired Skills:
e Basic understanding of biomedical sensors (ECG, SpO2, BP, temperature, respiratory,
optical/imaging)
e Familiarity with sensor interfacing, signal acquisition, and conditioning
e Hands-on exposure to microcontrollers/embedded platforms (Arduino, ESP32, STM32,
Raspberry Pi) and embedded programming (C/C++)
e Introductory knowledge of PCB schematics, hardware debugging, and communication
protocols (I?C, SPI, UART)

General Information
Candidates are advised to carefully peruse the Recruitment Rules, which shall form the basis for
shortlisting of eligible candidates for the interview process.
Candidates should report for the Walk-in Interview with a duly filled-in application form in the
prescribed format, a recent passport-size photograph affixed on the form, and all required original
documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies, as per the prescribed Recruitment
Rules (RRs). Applications submitted in any other format or without requisite documents shall be
rejected without any further communication.
The above positions are purely contractual and co-terminus with the project duration.
Candidates must report on or before 10:00 AM on 10" March, 2026, after which no candidate
shall be permitted to appear for the Walk-in Interview.
No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the Walk-in Interview or any related selection process.
The positions are purely temporary, and selected candidates shall have no claim for regular
appointment at ILBS or for continuation in any other project.
Candidates reporting with incomplete, unsigned applications or without requisite documents shall
not be allowed to participate in the Walk-in Interview.
Any form of canvassing or attempt to influence the selection process shall lead to immediate
disqualification.
In the event of a large number of candidates reporting, the Institute reserves the right to undertake
further screening based on qualifications and experience and to shortlist candidates for conducting
a written test and/or interview, as deemed appropriate.
Experience will be counted only after acquiring the essential educational qualification.
No other benefits such as HRA, Provident Fund, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, or Medical
Claims shall be admissible.
Submission of incorrect, false, or misleading information at any stage of the Walk-in selection
process shall result in disqualification.
The Institute reserves the right to cancel or modify the Walk-in Interview / advertised positions
without assigning any reason.

The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is a tertiary care, super-specialty hospital located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India. It was established in 2009 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The ILBS is a mono-superspeciality hospital, which means that it provides primarily liver and biliary care. This focus on a single organ system allows the institute to achieve a high degree of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and biliary diseases
The ILBS has a team of over 1000 doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The doctors are all highly qualified and experienced in liver and biliary diseases. They have received training in some of the best medical institutions in India and abroad.
The ILBS has a state-of-the-art infrastructure. It has a sanctioned capacity of 549 beds, out of which more than 300 are already operational, 4 operation theaters, a 24x7 emergency department, a blood bank, a pathology laboratory, and a radiology department. The hospital also has a dedicated research center.
