Educational Qualification: LLB
Applications are invited from eligible persons for engagement of 01 Staff Consultant (Legal) on contract basis to assist the Commission in legal matters and in its day to day functions. The details of qualifications/eligibility criteria and other terms & conditions are as under:-
1. Position: Staff Consultant/ Legal
2. No of Post: 01
3. Minimum Educational Qualifications: Degree in law from a recognized University
4. Experience:
Minimum 7 years experience of working on Judicial/Quasi-Judicial matters preferably relating to Electricity Laws/Regulations, Contract laws/Company affairs including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of the case laws, drafting statutes/or legislation.
5. The Staff Consultant will be initially paid fixed monthly emoluments of Rs. 60,000/- per month
