Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walkin interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the given criteria.
1. Willing and eligible Officers may send their applications in the enclosed Proforma (available in Career Section of website: rlda.indianrailways.gov.in) through proper channel along with attested copies of upto date APARs for last five years to Dy. General Manager (HR), Rail Land Development Authority, Unit No.-702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-II, DMRC Building, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110002 by 24.06.2022.
2. Applications alongwith its enclosures in (Maximum size 50MB) may also be forwarded on email id: PDF File single [email protected] on or before 24.06.2022.
3. Applications received through proper channel and with verification of service particulars, SPE/D&AR/VIGILANCE clearance and enclosure of APARs will be preferred.
4. However a copy of application may also be sent by the applicant in advance to RLDA for timely processing of selection. On selection, such applicants will be allowed to join RLDA after NOC, Vigilance/ D&AR Clearance & relieving by the parent office.

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant Railway Land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures.
RLDA has since been constituted in terms of Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006, as amended on 5.1.2007. The Rules for functioning of RLDA have also been notified in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 4.1.2007.
Indian Railways (IR) has approximately 43,000 hectares of vacant land. Land which is not required for operational purposes in the foreseeable future would be identified by the zonal railways and the details thereof would be advised to Railway Board.
