Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Ph.D. degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Zoology, Genomics, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in molecular techniques (PCR, sequencing, FISH, basic bioinformatics, basic statistics) from a reputed institute is mandatory.
• Publication: At least one peer-reviewed publication.
• Desirable: Laboratory accreditation related experience for 1 year.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 40 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PWD: 10 years (additional 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC)
  • Ex-servicemen: Length of service + 3 years (additional for SC/ST/OBC)
  • TMC employees: Maximum 5 years
  • Note: No relaxation for reserved categories if the post is unreserved.
