1. Position Name: Associate Chief Operating Officer - MIS

2. No of Post: 01

3. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science from a reputed institute (Tier 1).

4. Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in ICT / Digital Platform based project design and implementation and Vendor Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience of establishing MIS and Decision Support Systems;

Aware of various skill development programs of the Government and other stakeholders;

1. Position Name: Deputy Chief Operating Officer-Enterprise Promotion

3. Educational Qualification: 

a. Master in Business Management/ Agribusiness Management from a reputed institute (Preferably Tier 1)

b. Master in any discipline, preferably in Business Management/ Agribusiness Management /Economics/ Rural Management from a reputed institute (preferably Tier 1)

c. Master preferably in Development Studies/Sociology/ relevant discipline from a reputed institute (preferably Tier 1)

4. Experience:

(8+ years of experience ) Implementation, Coordination and Monitoring Experience of a Project that has implementation scope beyond 3 districts; Experience with scouting and promoting innovations as businesses, incubation and innovation ecosystem like Sankalp, Development Market Place, etc.

5. CTP (Monthly Range): 75,000

1. Position Name: Young Professionals

2. No of Post: 58

3. Educational Qualification: 

a. Master’s in Business Administration, rural management, business management, entrepreneurship development, social work, agriculture, automation, engineering, marketing, finance, HR (preferably Tier 1) Commitment and passion for development sector work.

b. Possess outstanding academic credentials. Exhibit excellent client engagement. Working knowledge of Tamil, especially for the YPs at district level. The YPs will operate at State, district and block level to take up assignments on thematic areas – Rural Enterprise Ecosystem development, Business Plan financing and Skills and Job opportunities

3. Educational Qualification: Master’s in Business Management/ Agribusiness Management/ Rural Management, Master’s degree

4. Experience:

a. 8+ years of experience with Master’s degree Experience of managing a district level Project Experience in handling the skill development initiatives of NSDC, ILFS, L&T, or CSR skilling initiative.

b. Experience in community based skill development programs – community skill schools, farmers field schools, and other such similar initiatives Aware of various skill development programs of the Government and other Stakeholders.

c. Preference will be given to erstwhile staff of TNPVP with good track record

5. CTP (Monthly Range): 35,000 - 42,500

1. Position Name: Block Team Leader

3. Educational Qualification: Master’s degree

4. Experience:

a. 6+ years of experience (preferably in rural enterprise promotion). Implementation and Monitoring Experience of block level Projects; Experience in promoting enterprises and producer collectives in farm/non-farm sector.

b. Proficiency in ensuring productive relationship with the local authorities, Government departments, private sector players, financial institutions, and other such stakeholders Experience in community based programs and participatory planning.

5. CTP (Monthly Range): 30,000

3. Educational Qualification: 

Minimum Bachelor’s in any discipline, preferably in Business Management/ Agribusiness Management / Rural Management, Minimum Bachelor’s in any discipline, preferably in Business Management/ Agribusiness Management / Rural Management. Minimum Bachelors’ degree Finance/ICWA or relevant discipline

4. Experience:

4+ years of experience
Experience in block level Project
Experience in beneficiary Identification and participatory planning of the community
Experience in promoting producer collectives, producer groups and in business service delivery and marketing support to such collectives.

5. CTP (Monthly Range): 20,000

1. Position Name: Enterprise Finance Professionals

2. No of Post: 24

3. Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ degree Commerce, Finance/ICWA or relevant discipline

4. Experience:

Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in Priority sector Lending (or),
Should have at least 4 Years’ Experience in MSME lending with expertise in credit appraisal.
Experience in appraisal of MSME projects with focus on micro enterprise financing (non – Collateral) involving financial, technical, and economic & risk analysis.
Must poses strong knowledge in banking operations in priority sector and MSME sector lending.
Experience in working as Branch Manager/ Lead District Manager at least 2 Years
Should be proficient in speaking Tamil & English.

5. CTP (Monthly Range): 50,000
