• Senior Research Fellow:
  • Mandatory Qualification: M.Sc. (Agri) in Genetics and Plant Breeding.
  • Desired Preference: Experience or knowledge in Soybean Breeding / Molecular work.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection is based purely on a direct walk-in interview scheduled for 17 November 2026 at 02:00 PM.

• In case of a tie in marks during the interview, SC/ST candidates will be given preference for the temporary appointment.
• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview. Candidates attend at their own expense.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• All Original Educational Documents (Degrees, Consolidated Mark Sheets) related to M.Sc. (Agri).
• Filled Application Format (Annexure on page 3), duly signed with a pasted photograph.
• Two bound copies of all attested educational and experience documents.
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Selected candidates must submit an undertaking on Rs. 100/- stamp paper in Format-TR-2 before joining.

Contract Duration & Service Conditions

The engagement is strictly temporary until 31 March 2027, the end of the project, or receipt of government clarification on temporary appointments, whichever is earlier. This appointment confers no right to a permanent post in the University, and the appointee can be relieved without prior notice.
