The remuneration per visit shall be revised by 10% upon extension of engagement and will also be revised as per directives from HAL Corporate Office from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Educational Qualification: MBBS from a university or institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council.
• Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of post-qualification experience is mandatory.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be below 63 years of age as on 27 October 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on relevant post-qualification experience and academic marks.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the HAL Avionics Division premises, Hyderabad. Candidates must carry all original certificates and documents in proof of age, educational qualification, and experience.

No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.

1. Download or obtain the prescribed application format for the post of Visiting Doctor from the HAL Avionics Division Hyderabad Visiting Doctor official notification PDF.
2. Fill in the application form completely in A4 size paper.
3. Attach self-attested copies of certificates relating to age, educational qualification, and experience (with date of joining and date of relieving), along with two latest passport-size photographs.
4. Attach copies of mark sheets, latest valid registration certificate issued by MCI / State Medical Council, and experience / service certificates.
5. Super-scribe the envelope with Advertisement No. HAL-HYD/2026/03 and the name of the post applied for.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• The engagement will be purely temporary for an initial period of 2 (Two) years and will not confer any right to claim regular employment.

• Selected candidates will be required to visit the Company Hospital on suitable days and as and when required in emergencies.
• The part-time engagement is liable to be terminated by giving one month's written notice from either side.
