Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Deputy General Manager (Career Development Services): MBA/PGDM (60% marks) from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (min. 3 years in Pay Level 11 or 5 years in Pay Level 10 in reputed institutions).
- Medical Officer: MBBS with 5 years experience OR MD/MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine.
- Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (60% marks). Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, design, and construction. M.Tech holders get 2 years experience relaxation.
- Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (60% marks). Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installations. M.Tech holders get 2 years experience relaxation.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Stage 1: Scrutiny of applications by a Screening Committee. Shortlisting is based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed.
- Stage 2: Written Test and/or Skill Test and/or Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Document Verification: Original certificates must be produced during the interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

- Certificates of qualification from Matriculation onwards.
- Experience certificates on official letterhead (date, designation, pay, certified by competent authority).
