Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Research Assistant: Postgraduate in a Social Science discipline, preferably Sociology, with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference given to candidates with NET/Ph.D.
- Field Investigator: Graduate in Social & Human Sciences, preferably Sociology, with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference given to candidates from a four-year graduation programme.
The appointments are purely temporary. Extension may be considered subject to project requirements, satisfactory performance, availability of funds, and applicable approvals.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and academic qualifications as per JMI norms. Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview (date to be communicated via email). No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
