Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification for Assistant Professor

• Candidates must fulfill the minimum qualifications laid down by the National Medical Commission (NMC) Regulations dated 30.06.2025 for teachers in medical institutions, as amended from time to time.
• MS-CIT Passing Certificate is mandatory. If not available at the time of interview, it must be submitted within 3 months from the date of appointment.
• SSC or HSC with Marathi as a subject is required. If not available at the time of interview, it must be submitted within 6 months from the date of appointment.
• Candidates who passed Undergraduate or Postgraduate examinations in more than one attempt must furnish attested photocopies of all passing certificates.
• Valid MMC / MCI Registration is mandatory.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor at LTMG Hospital & Medical College will be made purely on the basis of an interview conducted in accordance with the NMC norms.
