Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Desirable: 2 years' executive experience in Planning/Construction/Design/Maintenance of Port/Marine structures.
• Executive Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 5 years' executive experience in relevant fields.
• Dy. Materials Manager: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with 5 years' executive experience in Materials Management. Desirable: PG Diploma in Materials Management.
• Executive Engineer (Telecom/Electronics): Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with 5 years' executive experience in Networking/Software/Telecom. Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in relevant field.
• Accounts Officer Gr. I: Member of ICAI or ICWAI with 2 years' executive experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Assistant Traffic Manager Gr. I: Degree from a recognized University with 2 years' executive experience in Shipping/Cargo Operations/Railway Transportation.
• Assistant Estate Manager Gr. I: Degree with PG Diploma in Architecture/Town Planning, or Degree in Civil Engineering, or Corporate Membership of Institution of Surveyors (India). Desirable: Law Degree and 2 years' executive experience in Estate Management.
• Assistant Security Officer (Class II): Degree from a recognized University with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Desirable: NCC certificates or experience with Police/CISF/RPF/BSF. Physical Requirements: Height 165 cm, Chest 81/86 cm, Weight 50 kg.

All qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE recognized institutions with result declared on or before 01/09/2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process involves:

• Online Objective Examination: For all posts, 120 minutes duration, negative marking of 1/4 marks for wrong answers.
• Class I Posts: After online exam, shortlisted candidates undergo Document Verification and Interview (30 marks).
• Class II Post (Assistant Security Officer): After online exam, Document Verification, Physical Requirement Test, and Language Proficiency Test (minimum 35% in Marathi, Hindi, English).

Screening Clause: Minimum 35% marks in each section and overall in the online exam. MbPA may restrict candidates shortlisted for further stages. No TA/DA will be paid for attending examination/interview.

• Call letter for examination/document verification/interview
• System-generated printout of the online application form and e-receipt
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/Std. X Certificate)
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, etc.)
• All Mark-sheets and Certificates for Educational Qualifications
• Caste Certificate and Caste Validity Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
• OBC Certificate with non-creamy layer clause (if applicable)
• Disability Certificate (for PwBD candidates)
• No Objection Certificate from employer (if currently employed in Government/PSU)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
