Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Age Limit
- Upper age limit: 35 years (relaxable as per rules) reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.
Essential Qualification (Any one of the following)
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Computer Science / Environmental Engineering from a recognized University AND 2 years' experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations.
- M.Sc. in Environmental Science / Botany from a recognized University AND 2 years' experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations.
- M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Environmental Engg / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University.
Key Conditions on Experience
- Experience is counted from the date after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
- Dissertation/Thesis work done during academic period does not count as experience.
- Result-awaited or final-semester candidates are NOT eligible.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur.
- Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview.
- If a large number of applications is received, preference will be given by the Screening Committee.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
