Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Research Scientist-II (Scientist C)

• M.Sc (First Class) with Ph.D. in relevant Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc.) from a recognized university.
• Minimum one year post‑doctoral research experience in the relevant field.
• Desirable: Experience in molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, NGS, Sanger sequencing, Western blot analysis, ELISA, flow cytometry); publications in indexed peer‑reviewed journals; knowledge of biostatistics and bioinformatics tools for NGS data processing; experience in scientific writing.

Project Technical Support-II

• BSc in life science or BSc MLT with two year experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Desirable: Hands‑on experience in laboratory and project‑related technical activities; basic laboratory/diagnostic procedures; adherence to SOPs and quality‑control procedures; data entry and management using MS Office/Excel; experience in a hospital, medical college, research institute, or diagnostic laboratory.

Project Technical Support-III

• Three Years Graduate degree in Life Sciences + three years post qualification experience OR Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences.
• Desirable: Experience in research/project‑based technical activities mainly in clinical trial; experience in basic molecular biology techniques including nucleic acid extraction and processing for NGS sequencing and analysis; preparation of technical/project reports; experience in clinical research, laboratory‑based research, public‑health projects; proficiency in large clinical data management.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Applications received by the stipulated deadline will be screened based on qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at NIMS, Hyderabad. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
