Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the admissions process, including updating the admission portal, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
• Guide and support prospective students through the application process and answer their questions in good time.
• Work with relevant departments so admission requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant data and admissions statistics for reporting.
• Help develop and execute marketing materials and outreach to promote the certificate programme.
• Liaise with the TISS academic section on admissions, fee collection, and grade reporting.

Service Conditions

• Nature of Appointment: Contractual, Project-based, Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week).
• Duration: Initially 6 months, may be extended up to 1 year based on performance and project needs.
• Place of Posting: Centre for Lifelong Learning, School of Social Work, TISS, Mumbai.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
