SPPU Recruitment 2026: 2 Project Engineer & Project Assistant Posts – Apply Offline

Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has issued a recruitment notification for 2 contractual, project-based positions under the Space Payload Development Center (SPDC) — one Project Engineer and one Project Assistant. Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Project Engineer (1 Post)

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Electronic Science with good knowledge of mechanical design, modelling, and simulations — OR — BE in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production Engineering with experience in CAD modelling using software such as Catia and Solidworks.

Project Assistant (1 Post)

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Electronic Science / Physics, or BE in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC), with experience in RF and antenna design, FPGA-based system design, or DSP.
• Desirable: Research or work experience in Antenna design, RF design, or FPGA-based system design.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the submitted application, qualifications, and experience.
2. Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will receive an email with interview details. The online interview will be held on 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Department of Electronic and Instrumentation Science, S.P. Pune University.
