Post-Wise Vacancy and Pay Scale

AIIMS Jodhpur has notified one (01) vacancy under the research project titled "Effect of physiological (post-placental delivery) versus one-minute based delayed cord clamping on neurodevelopmental status among infants ≥35 weeks born vaginally: An open label randomized controlled trial."

The pay is a consolidated monthly sum based on experience, qualifications, and skill set. No additional allowances or benefits beyond the stated consolidated amount are applicable.

Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Board/University (full-time degree).
• Experience Required: Hands-on experience of working in labour room, maternity ward, neonatal care, and clinical research projects. All experience must have been acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualification.
• Registration: Must be registered with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council.
• Desirable: Candidates with a minimum of 6 months prior experience in any Government-funded research project will be given preference.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 35 years (as on the date of walk-in interview).

Selection Process and Screening Clause

The selection for Project Nurse III will be conducted in the following stages:

1. Screening / Scrutiny Test (if applicable): A written screening test may be conducted depending on the number of eligible applicants received.
2. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interview before the selection committee on 28 October 2026.
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified on the day of the interview.

Important: No TA/DA will be paid or reimbursed to candidates for attending the screening test or walk-in interview.

Required Documents and Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must carry the following documents (originals along with one set of self-attested photocopies) to the interview venue:

• Filled application form in the prescribed format (downloadable from the official notification PDF)
• Complete Bio-Data / Curriculum Vitae
• Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• B.Sc. Nursing Degree Certificate and all consolidated mark sheets
• Experience certificates on official letterhead (labour room, maternity ward, neonatal care, clinical research)
• Original Registration Certificate with State/Indian Nursing Council
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates currently serving in Government or Public Sector Undertakings
• Recent passport-size photographs and valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

Key Instructions

• Reporting window is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on 28 October 2026. No candidates will be entertained after 10:00 AM.
• The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Candidates have no right to claim permanent employment under AIIMS Jodhpur.
• The initial tenure is 6 months, extendable up to 7 months based on project requirements and work performance.
• All qualifications must be from a recognized Board/University and full-time.
• Candidates must be prepared for flexible working hours as required by the research project.
