Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in any discipline with Human Resources (HR) as one of the optional subjects, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Experience: Should have worked in a senior capacity (Group B) in the GoK scale of 69250 - 134200 for at least 5 years with overall minimum experience of 20 years in the field of Personnel / Administration / HR in any Government of Karnataka Department / State or Central PSUs / Large Public Limited Company.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (as on date of the notification)
• Other Conditions: Knowledge of Kannada is essential. Candidates working in State Government / Autonomous Body / Public Sector Undertaking must produce NOC. Internal employees working in BMRCL are not eligible.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on application eligibility and experience.
2. Interview: By a Committee constituted by the competent authority.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Any canvassing by or on behalf of candidates shall be treated as a disqualification.
