Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Graduation or Diploma holders in Agriculture Sciences.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 20 November 2026 (last date for receipt of application).
• Age Relaxation: SC and BC category candidates are entitled to 3 years relaxation on the upper age limit.
• Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must produce a medical certificate of fitness issued by the University Chief Medical Officer at the time of joining.
• Agreement: Candidates must execute an agreement on Rs. 15 non-judicial stamp paper before joining.
• Confidentiality: Selected candidates must sign a declaration of secrecy and non-disclosure agreement.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection will be made purely on the basis of a direct interview.
• Interview is scheduled on 21 November 2026 at 9:30 AM in the Office of Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar.
• No separate interview call letter will be issued by the University.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Original certificates must be produced at the time of interview for verification.
• Certified true copies or original certificates are to be submitted to the University.

Terms of Engagement

• Appointment is up to 31 March 2027, likely to continue subject to project funding.
