Educational Qualifications
Manager (Compliance): Bachelor’s degree in law with minimum 60 % marks in graduation/ post graduation. Completion of the intermediate level exam in either the Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), or Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) professional course. 5-7 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory environment, preferably within the insurance, education services, banking, financial services sector. Demonstrated professional competence in legal and regulatory frameworks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
Senior Manager (Examination): A distinguished educational background, ideally holding a master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education Management, Assessment and Evaluation, or a related discipline, from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Senior Manager (Marketing): Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from reputed college or university. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the insurance/financial services or education industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, like website CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Senior Manager (Member Service): Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Mass Communication/ Hospitality/ Public relations/ Client services/ Education/ Data Science/ Psychology/ Counselling from a reputed institution is essential.
Deputy Manager (IT): Diploma / bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, BSc-IT, BCA, MCA.
Age Limit
As per the notification from IAI, candidates applying for positions should not exceed the age of 35 years.
