MPSC Medical Superintendent Syllabus – Overview

MPSC Medical Superintendent Selection Process

The selection process for MPSC Medical Superintendent, MO includes a written examination and an interview. The written examination carries 200 marks, while the interview carries 50 marks.

MPSC Group A Exam Pattern for Medical Superintendent Posts

The MPSC Medical Superintendent, MO Question Paper will be given in English language. The examination will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) at the degree level. Candidates will have one hour to complete the examination, which will have 100 questions carrying a total of 200 marks.

MPSC Group A Exam Pattern for Medical Superintendent Posts

(a) Negative Marking:

  1. For each wrong answer, 25% or 1/4 marks will be deducted/reduced from the total marks.
  2. If more than one answer is given to a question or if a candidate has not marked the full circle in the answer sheet and the answer to the question is considered wrong, 25% or 1/4 marks will be deducted from the total marks for the answer to that question.
  3. While following the procedure as above, even if the sum of total final marks is in fraction, it will remain in fraction and further action will be taken based on it.
  4. If a question is left unanswered, the system of negative marking will not be applicable in such a case.

(b) Final Merit List:

The final merit list will be based on the aggregate marks in the objective test and interview.
