Troubleshooting

If you face issues with downloading or spotting errors on your admit card, follow these steps:

  • Cannot download? Recheck your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth. Try a different browser or device after some time.
  • Wrong details? If your name, photo, signature, category, post, or centre details are incorrect, contact PFRDA immediately before the exam date. Use the contact details provided in the official recruitment notification or printed on the call letter.
  • Multiple streams? If you applied for two streams, only your latest registration number appears on the call letter, but both post names are printed. The roll number is single for admin purposes.
