“Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd., New Delhi is a specialty and one of the largest Crop Insurance company in the world and implementing various the Central and State Government sponsored Crop Insurance Schemes and selling customized crop insurance products in India.
The Company is inviting applications for Lateral recruitment in Scale V cadre (Chief Manager) for the specialized function of “Investment”.

4. Minimum Qualification :
a) Essential: Graduate in any discipline.Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Financial Management from a reputed Institution.
b) Desirable: Sound working knowledge of Investment Management Software usually available in the market.
5. Experience :
a) Minimum 10 Years of experience in BFSI Industry’s Corporate Treasury Function involving daily Buying/Selling/ Liquidity Management Function across various segments/Market Instruments/Securities through Primary/Secondary market operations.
b) Expertise in Financial Market data collection and analysis.
c) Investment yield projection/analysis.
6. Term of Appointment :
a) The term of appointment will be initially for a period of 10 years subject to annual performance appraisal.
b) The said term can be extended further depending upon the requirement of the company and performance of the candidate subject to the approval of the Competent Authority
7. Remuneration:
a) At present the Pay Scale for Scale V officer is Rs. 79605- 2300(3)- 86505-2590(6)-102045 and the total emolument for starting grade comes to Rs. 1.6 lakhs approx. per month.
b) In addition, the non-core benefits for the Scale V cadre officers are around Rs.12 Lakhs per annum, at present and payable as per norms of the Company.
c) Based on the experience and suitability of the candidate, fixation at a higher slab in the Pay Scale can also be considered subject to approval by the Competent Authority.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by Personal Interview
a) Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Company shall be shortlisted based on their academic qualification, work experience, suitability of the candidates or any other criteria as may be deemed fit by the company at its sole discretion. The Shortlisting will be based on the details filled up in the application form and supporting certificates and essential documents attached in support of the eligibility.
b) The shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
c) Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in the candidate for being shortlisted for Personal Interview.
d) The qualifying marks in the Personal Interview will be decided by the Company.
e) Date, time and venue of Personal Interview will be informed to the candidates through regd. e-mail id.
f) The Personal Interview may be conducted in person or through Video Conferencing or through both as decided by the Company.
g) The selection of the candidate will be on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview and other desired qualifications, experience, suitability of the candidate etc.
i) The Company reserves its right to call candidates in ratio vis-à-vis shortlisted candidates as deemed fit depending upon the requirement of the Company and number of applications received etc.
j) The final selection is subject to verification of original documents / certificates/other credentials etc. in support of the candidature.
