Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Project Scientist-I (Non-Medical)

• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Computational Biology and Integrative Sciences OR Four Years Graduate Degree / Engineering/IT/CS in relevant fields.
• Experience: Not specified in the essential criteria, but experience is preferred.
• Desirable Skills: PhD in Mycology/Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/Microbiology; Publications/Thesis/Dissertation on Diagnostic test development/evaluation; Knowledge about bioinformatics tools for primer and probe development; Setting up PCR, microbiology experiments.

Eligibility for Project Tech Support II (Technician)

• Essential Qualification: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/Engineering or equivalent) + Five Years Experience OR Three Years Graduate degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences + two years’ experience in relevant subject.
• Experience: Mandatory (5 years with Diploma or 2 years with Graduation).
• Desirable Skills: Not specified.

Eligibility for Project Tech Support II (Field Worker)

• Essential Qualification: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/Engineering or equivalent) + Five Years Experience OR Three Years Graduate degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences + two years’ experience in relevant subject.
• Experience: Mandatory (5 years with Diploma or 2 years with Graduation).
• Desirable Skills: Knowledge and working experience in Excel, Linux etc.
