Eligibility for Addl. General Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-6 Grade

• Essential: B. Tech./BE/B. Sc. Engg. in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE.
• Desirable: B Tech./BE/B.Sc. Engg. in Mining/Mechanical/Electrical/Mineral Engg./Metallurgical Engg. or M. Sc Tech/M. Tech in Geology/Applied Geology; MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing/Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Must have at least 15 years of industry experience in Mining & Metal Sector, with a minimum of 07 years in Sales & Marketing of Iron Ore/Iron Pellets/Chrome Ore/Bauxite Ore/Manganese Ore/Limestone Ore or Bulk Raw materials.

Eligibility for Dy. General Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-5 Grade

• Essential: B. Tech./BE/B. Sc. Engg. in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE.
• Desirable: B Tech./BE/B.Sc. Engg. in Mining/Mechanical/Electrical/Mineral Engg./Metallurgical Engg. or M. Sc Tech/M. Tech in Geology/Applied Geology; MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing/Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Must have at least 12 years of industry experience in Mining & Metal Sector, with a minimum of 05 years in Sales & Marketing of Iron Ore/Iron Pellets/Chrome Ore/Bauxite Ore/Manganese Ore/Limestone Ore or Bulk Raw materials.

Eligibility for Dy. General Manager (Legal), E-5 Grade

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University.
• Experience: Must have 18 years of relevant Post Qualification experience as practicing Lawyer in High Court/District Court or as Law Officer in any Government/State PSU/Central PSU/other Corporate House.
• Desirable: In-depth understanding of legal compliance framework in large manufacturing/Mining Sector.

Eligibility for Senior Manager (Business Excellence), E-4 Grade

• Essential: B. Tech/BE/B. Sc. Engg. in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE.
• Desirable: B. Tech/BE/B. Sc. Engg. in Mechanical/Electrical/Mining/Metallurgical/Mineral Processing/Production/Industrial Engg.; MBA/PGDM from a reputed B School.
• Experience: Must have 08 years of post-qualification experience in formulation & implementation of BE/TQM strategy. Must be a certified lead auditor in IMS with hands-on experience in implementation.

Salary

• General Manager (Geology): ₹1,27,100/- to ₹2,16,300/- (Level-16)
• Addl. General Manager (Sales & Marketing): ₹1,23,100/- to ₹2,15,900/- (Level-15)
• Dy. General Manager (Sales & Marketing/Legal): ₹78,800/- to ₹2,09,200/- (Level-14)
• Senior Manager (Business Excellence): ₹67,700/- to ₹2,08,700/- (Level-13)
