Applications in the prescribed format are invited for the following posts on purely temporary basis tor National Task Force (NTF) project entitled "Brain Bank Network India Initiative: Establishment of Satellite Brain Banks in India for Neuro Science Research" under Principal Investigator Dr. Suvendu Purkait, Associate Professor, Department of Pathology & Lab Medicine, AlIMS, Bhubaneswar as per the details given below:

1. Subject: Recruitment for the post of Junior Research Fellow on purely temporary basis in National Task Foree (NTE) project entitled "Brain Bank Network India Initiative: Establishment of Satellite Brain Banks in India for Neuro Science Research" funded by ICMR.

2. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

3. No. of Post: 01

4. Duration of Post: 12 months (initially) [extendable up to next 2 years on basis of performance evaluation or termination of the project]

5. Monthly Salary Rs 31,000/- + 16% HRA

6. Qualifications: Candidates having M.Sc./M.tech or an equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects such as Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology etc with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade point (50% for OBC/ST/SC) are eligible to apply. Candidates should have qualified NET-JRF/NET- LS/GATE/CAR-NETIGPAT or national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies. equivalent

7. Desirable: Experience in Bioinformatics, handling patient diagnostic samples, and tissue storage.
