Number of Vacancy: 19 Posts

Educational Qualification: Financial Advisor: Officers from any of the Central Organised Accounts services holding analogues post or post in the Pay Level-12 (PB-3 with GP of Rs.7600/- pre-revised) with 5 years of regular service in the grade. In the event of not finding suitable officers from the Organised Accounts Services, officers in the Finance & Accounts Departments of Central Statutory/ Autononmous Bodies or Public Sector undertakings holding the post of the level specified above shall be considered.

Accounts Officer : Officers under the Central Government or Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis and handling Accounts and Finance matter holding or posts of Accounts/Audit Officer or equivalent in the Pay Level-10 (PB-3 with GP of Rs. 5400/- pre-revised). Assistant Accounts Offices in the Pay Level-7 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600/ pre-revised) with 7 years of regular service in the grade (including the service in the grade of Junior Accounts Officer/ SAS Accountants/ Accountant in the Pay Level-6 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4200/- pre-revised)

Medical Superintendent : a) A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part Il of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act.

b) A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from a recognized Institution/ University or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience after obtaining the postgraduate qualification in the specialty or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration of which atleast 7 years should be in the Administration of a major hospital in a senior position.

Chief Nursing Officer: Officers of the Central/ State Government/ Union Territory Administration or of Autonomous Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with 5 years of regular service in a post in the Pay Level-10 (PB-3 with GP of Rs 5400/- pre-revised) and possessing the following qualifications and experience:

a) B.Sc. Nursing and Not less than 15 years' experience in the profession out of which 5 years should be as Nursing Superintendent or in similar capacity in Nursing Administration. Preference shall be given to those possessing M.Sc. in Nursing.

Superintending Engineer : Superintending Engineer (Civil) or Executive Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in that grade from CPWD failing which similar officers from other Central Engineering Departments or Engineering Departments of Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies. An Officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Civil Engineering.

Assistant Engineer (AC&R): Officers of the CPWD holding the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or with 8 years of service as Jr. Engineer (Electrical) and possessing at least 3 years of experience in A/C. & Refrigeration. In the event of a suitable candidate not being available from CPWD, officers in the Pay Level (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600/ pre-revised) o equivalent or with 8 years' service in the Pay Level-6 (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4200/- pre-revised) or equivalent from other Central Govt. departments or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies and possessing the following qualifications shall be considered:

a) A Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialized course in Refrigeration and Air conditioning or equivalent and, Experience of not less 5 years in air conditioning and refrigeration.

Security Officer: Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/U. T Govt. or Officer of the Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 7 years of regular service in the pay scale of (PB-2 with GP of Rs. 4600 pre- revised) preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations/strikes of employees.

CSSD Supervisor: Officers of Central/State Govt. Autonomous/Statutory Organization holding analogous post on regular basis Or, CSSD Supervisor with five years of regular service in the Pay level-6 with grade pay of Rs. 4200/- of PB-2.
