• For Bachelor's Degree: 15 years of experience.
• For M.Tech: 12 years of experience.
• For PhD: 8 years of experience.

Experience must be in Testing and Research related to the Automobile Sector as per CMVR/AIS standards. Hands-on experience in Establishment, Operation & Management in labs such as Passive Safety, Powertrain, EMI/EMC, Automobile Testing Tracks, or Regulatory Emission is required. • Experience in Automotive Industry & knowledge of procurement activities as per Central Government norms.
• Involved in the successful completion/establishment of at least one Automobile Testing Laboratory/Facility.
