1. Post Name: Manager - Programs& Outreach

2. Experience Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (preferably MBA) from a recognized university with minimum of 5 years of work experience in the relevant field preferably in startup ecosystem or with any recognized Startup Fxnosed to different facets of Industry bodies and aware of startup forums

3. Roles and Responsibilities: SPoC for Outreach activities of the program & centre encompassing the entire gamut of promotion and propaganda in line with the AIM guidelines. Creating a pipeline of good startups for incubation programs by conducting various outreach activities and events collaborations and partnerships with Initiating Industry/Incubators/Academia/Startup Clubs etc. Creating a calendar of events which includes mentor sessions, outreach events, roadshows, workshops, boot camps, investor sessions, hackathons, maker events etc Attending ecosystem events and conferences to build a strong network of startups, investors, mentors etc.
