Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer will be the overall in-charge of all financial activities of the Company, including:
- Expenditure Accounting, Revenue on PAN India basis.
- Statutory Compliance w.r.t GST, PT, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, DGFT, etc.
- Facilitating/Completing Statutory Audit, CAG Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit.
- Implementing Internal Financial Control and Risk Management policy.
- Working Capital Management, Financial Planning and Forecasting.
- Preparing Reports for Higher Authority (CEO/Board).
- Ensuring Compliance of Audit Committee Meetings and DPE Guidelines.
- Coordinating with outside Authorities (DPE, Ministry of Civil Aviation, GST, Income Tax).
- Working on IATA platform, GeM, TReDS.
- Preparation of Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual Accounts.
