Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCI), a subsidiary of AIAHL, invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Chief Financial Officer on a fixed-term contract basis. A total of 01 vacancy is available. Candidates with Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Cost Accountant (ICMAI), or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution, along with 10 years of post-qualification experience, are eligible. The maximum age limit is 62 years. The Walk-in-Interview will be held on 01 September 2026 in New Delhi. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹1,25,000.

Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be the overall in-charge of all financial activities of the Company, including:

• Expenditure Accounting, Revenue on PAN India basis.
• Statutory Compliance w.r.t GST, PT, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, DGFT, etc.
• Facilitating/Completing Statutory Audit, CAG Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit.
• Implementing Internal Financial Control and Risk Management policy.
• Working Capital Management, Financial Planning and Forecasting.
• Preparing Reports for Higher Authority (CEO/Board).
• Ensuring Compliance of Audit Committee Meetings and DPE Guidelines.
• Coordinating with outside Authorities (DPE, Ministry of Civil Aviation, GST, Income Tax).
• Working on IATA platform, GeM, TReDS.
• Preparation of Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual Accounts.

Selection Process

• Walk-in-Interview: Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be required to appear in person for the interview on 01.09.2026.

• Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Selected candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination (cost borne by the candidate).
