About Andaman Law College

Andaman & Nicobar Islands has a unique heritage namely biodiversity, home for indigenous tribes, and diversified culture that make her shine. Since independence, the constant endeavor has been taken to make the islands an educational hub. Along with higher educational institutions for arts and science, teacher training, engineering and technology, and medicine, a legal study has recently been added to make it self-reliant.
Established by Andaman & Nicobar Islands Legal Education Society (ANILES) with grant-in-aid by A & N Administration, it became functional from the academic year 2016–2017 offering at present five years integrated B.A., LL.B., degree courses. The college has been proudly marching forward excelling in all activities and will present the first batch of young lawyers by the end of the current academic year. The increasing demand for admission to Andaman Law College is a testimony to its vibrant growth.
