✅ Bio-data / Proforma: Duly completed, signed application form (per notification format).
✅ Original Certificates: 10th / Matriculation (DOB proof), Essential Degrees & Marksheets.
✅ Self-Attested Photocopies: Two complete sets of photocopies of all relevant testimonials.
✅ Passport Photographs: 2 to 4 recent passport-size colour photographs (same as bio-data).
✅ Valid Photo ID Proof: Original Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or PAN Card.
✅ Experience & NOC: Experience certificates and "No Objection Certificate" if currently employed.

📝 Preliminary Screening Test Clause (Turnout Contingency)

In the event of a disproportionately high candidate turnout for the selection process, the competent committee reserves the discretionary right to conduct an objective preliminary written / screening test to shortlist candidates before calling them for personal interview.

Educational Qualification: Serving UDCs of the District Ministerial (General) cadre with 6 years regular service in the post.

Pay Scale: INR 35400-112400/- (Per Month)

Age Limit: 56 Years

Selection Procedure

1. Written Examination. Eligible Applicants will be required to undertake a Written Examination in the following subjects: (a) General English- (b) General Knowledge- (c) Fundamental Rule/General Financial Rule/conduct Rule--100 Marks (d) Office Procedure- 100 Marks 50 Marks. 50 Marks 3. To qualify, an Applicant must score a minimum of 33% in each subject as also, a minimum of 45% in aggregate score. Of such qualified candidates, a number three times the advertised posts (Approximately 6), in the order of merit, will be eligible and invited Interview/Viva-Voce. 4. The Commission reserved the right to conduct a 'Recruitment Test'(Preliminary Test), if the number of Applicants is significantly large. The 'Recruitment Test' will be Multiple Choice, Objective Type, to be answered on OMR Sheet in General Knowledge. Based on the Order of Merit of the 'Recruitment Test, Applicants, twelve times the advertised posts (Approximately 24), will be eligible and invited for the Written Examination.

1. Last Date for Receipt of Application 30th April, 2022 till 1600 Hrs. 2. Only 'Online' through APPSC Website www.appsc.gov.in One Time Registration on Commission's Website is mandatory.(Once registered, all future applications for any post/vacancy can be submitted using Login ID Password). 3. Submit only one application. In case of more than one application, Application with the higher RID only will be valid.
