Educational Qualification:
(1) Bachelor Degree/ Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
(2) Completed 6 (six) years of regular service in the grade of Upper Division Clerk of the District Ministerial Cadre or Senior Secretariat Assistant of the Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Clerical Service Cadre
(3) Possessing at-least five 'Very Good' consecutive ACR/ APAR grading for the last 5 (five) years.

35400-112400/- Per Month
Age Limit: As Per Rules.
Selection Procedure: The eligible candidates will have to appear in written examination in subjects mentioned below followed by Viva-Voce to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only for APST candidate and Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for other candidate in form of IPO.

About Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission
lmmediately after reconstitution of Arunachal Pradesh as a State, a need was felt for the State to have its own Public Service Commission to recruit and manage the Public Service of the State. Thus, the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission was established on 4 April 1988 under Article 315 of the lndian Constitution, with Shri TS Deori as its first Chairman and Shri M.R Das, IAS(Retd) & Shri Y. Tikhak as its first two Members. The Commission today consists of a Chairman, four members and is served by a Secretariat. Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulations No OM-15/88 dated 29 March 1988, as amended from time to time, govern the functioning of the Commission.
The Commission, till recently, was functioning from a temporary office building, allotted by the State Government, earlier meant for the Administrative Training Centre. A new building for holding Recruitment Examinations, with a capacity of 920 seats, was added in 2018. A Guest House came up alongside in 2019. The Commission's permanent Campus has been approved and is to come up, post demolition of the existing office building. The Commission has shifted its offices to the Guest House Building and functions from there in the interim.
Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) was established on 4th April 1988. The Commission consists of a Chairman, two members and a secretary. It is the duty of the Union and the State PSC to conduct examination for appointments to various posts. Office of APPSC is situated at PSC building, Vidhan Vihar, Itanagar. The Head of the Office of the Commission is the Secretary who is appointed by the Commission with prior approval of the Governor. The functioning of the Commission is carried out by Administration branch, Accounts branch and Recruitment branch.
