Bank of Baroda has released a recruitment notification for the appointment of Business Correspondent Coordinators on a contractual basis for the Mumbai Metro South Region, Mumbai Zone. Interested candidates who are residents of the same district or adjoining districts are invited to submit offline applications.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility for Business Correspondent Coordinator

• Essential: Candidates should be residents of the same District or adjoining Districts where the vacancies are declared and proficient in local language.
• Categories:
  1. For Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/co-operative banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager/equivalent. Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record. All applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years. Maximum age for continuation is 65 years.
  2. For Young Candidates: Minimum qualification should be Graduation with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet). Preference for M.Sc. (IT)/BE (IT)/MCA/MBA. Age group: 21-45 years at the time of appointment. Maximum age for continuation is 65 years.
• Geographical Location: Candidates will be selected from the same District. Proficient in local language & dialect (reading and writing). Willing to visit villages in the district. Should have accommodation near the nodal branch within the district.

Salary / Remuneration

Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000/-
Variable Component: Up to Rs. 15,000/- (based on performance score).
Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 4,000/- per month.
Mobile Expenses: Rs. 200/- per month (Fixed).

Selection Process

The selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head. Performance will be reviewed monthly based on a scoring matrix. Due diligence including KYC & CIBIL scores will be followed. Police verification will be conducted.
