Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- For Assistant Environmental Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering OR
- AMIE (Section A and B) recognized by UPSC.
- For Assistant Scientific Officer:
- Option 1: Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Option 2: Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry with 5 years of experience in Environment / Pollution Control / Public Health.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 01-07-2025.
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/UP Sports persons/UP State Govt. Employees: 5 years relaxation.
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years relaxation in addition to actual service rendered (Max age cap may apply).

3. Mandatory Requirements
