1. Post/Job Title : Manager /Sr. Manager – HR

2. Job Type : Regular, Full time (Will be placed on a temporary against regular position for a year and later be regularized on satisfactory performance).

3.  No. of positions & Job Location : One Position in Pilani Campus

4. Qualification and Personal Profile : MBA / PGDM (HR) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with exposure to setting up / managing HR processes

5. Remuneration: Suitable candidate will be placed in Level 11 or 12 depending on experience and expertise with a minimum pay or Rs. 67700/- or Rs. 78800/- per month plus DA, and other benefits as per the Institute Norms

6. Other Skill and Ability Requirements : a) Knowledge of HR processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management System, Training & Development etc.

b) Hands on experience on relevant ERP modules (Peoplesoft / SAP).

c) Communicating with impact, Relationship management skills, Process orientation, People management skills
