Educational Qualification: M.Sc
CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru, a constituent National Laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 01 (One) position of PROJECT ASSOCIATE LEVEL-I (RESEARCH ASSISTANT) initially for a period of 01 Years or till the project is over on a temporary contractual basis in the project entitled “Toxicological studies of Monascus purpureus CFR410-11 antifungal pigment fraction(s) and characterization of antifungal molecule(s)” (GAP-0610) funded by ICMR, New Delhi tenable at the Department of Microbiology and Fermentation Technology , CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka.

4. Desirable Requirements: Research Experience in biochemical analysis, extraction of bioactive, product development.
