CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru, a constituent National Laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 02 (Two) positions of PROJECT ASSOCIATE LEVEL - I initially for a period upto March 2022 (Extendable up to March 2023) on temporary contractual basis in the
i. project entitled “SEED-ENDOPHYTE INTERACTION: Strategies to reduce mycotoxins (fungal secondary metabolites) in cereal grains during storage conditions through seed-endophyte interactions” (MLP-0287) funded by CSIR tenable at the Department of Food Protectants & Infestation Control, CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka

3. Essential Qualifications: M.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Botany (Min. 55% of marks)
4. Job Requirements: Working experience in Endophyte biology / Mycotoxin biosynthesis / Fungal biology / Plant pathology is required.
5. Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) plus HRA per month.
