CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru a constituent national laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research Institute (CSIR), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 1 (One) position of Training Co-ordinator on a temporary contractual basis initially for a period of Six Months which is extendable based on project requirements.

3. Qualification: MBA (Agri-Business/Marketing/Finance)/M.Sc. or M. Tech. Food Science with experience in Food Processing Industry/ R&D/Academic Institutions

4. Experience:

At least 2 Years relevant experience in reputed organisations in the area marketing, supply chain logistics, food processing, production planning & inventorying, Training, Entrepreneurship Development Programs etc. They must be familiar with Power point presentation/MS word document preparation

5. Desirable: Experience on Teaching of Entrepreneurship Development

6. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory (Read, Write and Speak)

7. Job Responsibility:

Coordinating various training programmes targeted to farmers/FPOs/ entrepreneurs at HQs./various parts of the state in association with Scientists of the Institute. The coordinator has to equip the entrepreneurs with various basics of managerial responsibilities. The job will also involve travelling to various part of the state (Karnataka), as part of the training.

8. Period / Duration of contract: Initially for six months which is extendable based on project requirements

9. Emoluments: Maximum of Rs.60,000/- subject to other service guidelines
