CGG Recruitment 2022 for Technical Civil Engineer, Monitoring and Evaluation Professional

Position : Recruitment Notification for engaging Different Professionals for Project Management Unit (PMU) in office of State Project Director (SPD), Samagra Shiksha, Telangana, Hyderabad.

1. Name of the post: PMU for SSP – Monitoring and Evaluation Professional

2. No. of positions: 02

3. Job Chart: 

i) Monitoring and evaluation of the entire project covering:

a) Design and development of M&E framework

b) Undertake research studies

c) Process monitoring

d) Design and development of MIS formats

e) Undertake detailed analysis of the project activities and generate reports on various parameters

ii) To develop quarterly, half yearly and yearly progress reports (Physical and financial progress).

iii) Monitoring the project output and outcome.

iv) To support and engage in the design and management of constructive information feedback loops

v) To coordinate with stakeholders for real-time project monitoring

4. Qualification & Experience: Any Post-Graduate. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of construction projects, of which 1 to 2 years working must be in government sector. Experience of following is must:

a) Handling entire MIS reports of the projects

b) Development of MIS formats

c) Preparation of different reports for detailed analysis

d) Knowledge of Statistical tools

e) Developing tools for output and outcome monitoring

f) Knowledge of any programming language (Java / .Net) will be an advantage

5. Skill required: Good oral and written communication skills Report writing Report and documents scrutiny and assessment High level of proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Knowledge of analytical tools such as programming, power bi or Tableau etc.

6. Salary: INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month

3. Job Chart: Preparation of guidelines for execution of works, type designs of various elements of the schools, drawings, and aesthetic standards. Design various aspects of schools around planning, architectural designs, Monitoring the program to assist project director in implementation of the program. To ensure the timely and cost-efficient completion of construction. To review land surveys, assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues. To coordinate with the stakeholders

4. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience working on civil engineering projects, of which 2 to 3 years working in government sector is mandatory. Experience of working in project management cell of buildings construction and handling various construction related matters like estimate preparation, quality assessment, etc.

5. Skill required: Planning and scheduling of activities Risk management such as dealing with the delays in project execution, unplanned activities etc. Visualisation skills (AutoCAD, tableau or R programming) Familiarity with the government file procedures

6. Salary: INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month
