The District Collector Office, Latur (e-Governance Department) invites online applications for the allotment of 640 Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra locations across the talukas, Municipal Corporation, Nagar Parishad, Nagar Panchayat, and Gram Panchayat areas of Latur district. Candidates who are local residents, aged 18 years or above, with HSC (12th) pass and basic computer knowledge are eligible. Applications must be submitted online by 15 September 2026. The selection will be based on a 100-mark evaluation criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years.
• Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th / H.S.C.) examination.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge required. Preference will be given to candidates holding an MSCIT or CCC certificate.
• Residency: Must be a local resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat / Nagar Parishad / Nagar Panchayat / Municipal Corporation area applied for.
• Documents: Must possess Aadhaar card, PAN card, a bank account, and other necessary documents.
• Character: Must not have been convicted of moral turpitude, financial fraud, or cyber crime.
• Infrastructure: Must have an independent office of at least 100 sq. ft., owned or rented.
• Language: Must have knowledge of Marathi and English.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a 100-mark evaluation criteria, decided by the District-level Setu Committee headed by the District Collector.

1. Preliminary scrutiny of documents attached with the application; list of eligible/ineligible applicants published.
2. Objections invited on the eligible/ineligible list; final eligible/ineligible list published.
3. Physical inspection of shortlisted applicants' office premises for infrastructure facilities.
4. Interview schedule published.
5. District-level Selection Committee publishes a merit list based on the 100-mark evaluation.
6. Objections invited on the preliminary selection list.
7. Final selection list published.
