Composite Regional Centre For Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons With Disabilities(CRC-Kozhikode, is a service initiative under the Department of Disabilitiy Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India with the aim of creating resources and infrastructure required for developing services for persons with disabilities in the state of Kerala. It became functional since November 2011 and is functioning under the administrative control of National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities[NIEPMD], Chennai.
