VACANCY NOTICE NO. 29/2022
1. Post Name: Dy. CPM/PM(S&T)- 01 Post
2. Location: Noida
3. Duration: 3 years extendable to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption)
4. Service: IRSSE/Officers of S&T Department of Indian Railways, officers of Central/State Govt/CPSUSs etc (as mentioned above.)
5. Term of Appointment: Deputation
6. Scale of Pay: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy)
7. Specific Requirements:
a. DY. CPM (AGM): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with minimum 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or in Rs. 90000-240000 (lDA) (E6) with four years' service in the grade.
b. DY. CPM (JGM): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level12) with 8-12 years' service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 80000-220000 (lDA) (E5) with four years' service in the grade
c. PM (DGM)- Central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level-L1) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PsU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70000- 200000 (IDA) (E4) with four years' service in the grade
8. Job Description: Policy, Planning, procurement & implementation of signalling & telecommunication work, interface with other disciplines & zonal railways, co-ordinating with multilateral funding agencies for procurement including works incidental to project initiation.

6. About Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India
The Indian Railways' quadrilateral linking the four metropolitan cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Howrah, commonly known as the Golden Quadrilateral ; and its two diagonals (Delhi-Chennai and Mumbai-Howrah), adding up to a total route length of 10,122 km comprising of 16% of the route carried more than 52% of the passenger traffic and 58% of revenue earning freight traffic of IR. The existing trunk routes of Howrah-Delhi on the Eastern Corridor and Mumbai-Delhi on the Western Corridor were highly saturated, line capacity utilization varying between 115% to 150%. Railways lost the share in freight traffic from 83% in 1950-51 to 35% in 2011-12
