Educational Qualification: Retired Staff
DFCCIL requires dynamic, experienced and result oriented Senior level retired officers (HAG+) of Indian Railways who has spent his time in the higher echelon of Administration to have holistic view of maintenance philosophy breaking down the silos of departmentalization, for re-engagement in DFCCIL as Advisor for the following assignment:
(i) To devote special attention to develop the maintenance philosophy which behooves the organization of stature.
(ii) To advise DFC in developing the maintenance philosophy and ensure DFC develops a sustainable and preventive maintenance.

1. Position: Advisor
2. Eligibility: Senior level retired officers (HAG+) of Indian Railways who has spent his time in the higher echelon of Administration to have holistic view of maintenance philosophy breaking down the silos of departmentalization for re-engagement as Advisor in DFCCIL, in terms of HR policy circular No. 29/2019 dated 01.10.2019.
3. Duration: Initially for a period of six months or till the completion of the project which is earlier. The same can be extended as per the requirements/performance of the retired officer and at the sole discretion of company i.e DFCCIL. The re-engaged officer can be terminated pre- maturely on one month's notice by either side.
4. Remuneration: In terms of HR Circular no. 29/2019 dated. 1.10.2019, the revised remuneration for the post of Adviser is Rs. 6700/- per diem and monthly remuneration shall be restricted to 15 days per month. In case their services are utilized for half a day, the remuneration shall be 60% per diem rate.
5. Allowances: Transport charges @ Rs. 1000 per day and based on claim of the officer.
