- General Medicine: MD in General Medicine + 3 yrs experience.
- General Surgery: MS in General Surgery + 3 yrs experience.
- Anaesthesiology: MD in Anaesthesiology + 3 yrs experience.
- Cardiology: MD + D.M. in Cardiology + 1 yr (2/5-yr course) / nil for 3/6-yr course.
- Medical Oncology/Haematology: MD + D.M. in Medical Oncology/Haematology + 1 yr (2/5-yr course) / nil for 3/6-yr course.
- Dentistry: BDS + MDS in relevant specialty + 3 yrs experience.
- Community Medicine: MD in Community Medicine/PSM + 3 yrs experience.
- Non-Medical (Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology): Master's degree + Doctorate + 3 yrs experience.

Note: DNB/DrNB candidates must provide documentary evidence of equivalence with MD/MS/DM/M.Ch. Only experience acquired after obtaining the essential qualifying degree is counted.

Selection Process
There is no written examination. The selection process involves:
- Bio-data Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for interview based on their bio-data.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for a Personal Interview at AIIMS Jodhpur. No TA/DA is paid.
- Minimum Interview Cut-off: 60% for EWS/UR, 55% for OBC, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
