Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) Invites Application for Teaching Assistant Recruitment 2026

Candidates must apply offline. Follow these steps to apply:

1. Read Notification: Download and carefully read the official notification from the PAU website (www.pau.edu).
2. Prepare Application: Prepare the application on plain paper as per the prescribed format (if available) or as instructed in the notification.
3. Attach Documents: Attach self-attested copies of all required testimonials (educational certificates, mark sheets, Punjabi certificate, etc.) and the Bank Draft for the application fee.
4. Send Application: Send the completed application along with documents and the Bank Draft to the address mentioned below through Speed Post/Registered Post.
5. Last Date: Ensure the application reaches on or before 01 September 2026.

Note: Applications received without the fee or after the due date will not be considered. Keep a photocopy of the submitted application form for future reference.

• Offline Application Only: Applications are accepted only by post. No online application is available.
• Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the specific educational qualifications (B.Sc. in Plant Sciences, M.Sc. in Soil Science), percentage criteria (60% at Bachelor's, 65% or OCPA 6.50 at Master's), and Punjabi language requirement.
• Application Fee: Pay ₹200/- via Bank Draft. The fee is applicable to all categories.
• Documentation: Attach self-attested copies of all required documents with the application. Original documents must be brought for screening.
• Screening Attendance: No separate intimation will be given. Candidates must attend the screening on the specified date, time, and venue.
• No TA/DA: No travel or dearness allowance will be paid for attending the screening.
• Contract Terms: This is a contractual position. The duration and other terms will be as per the university norms.
