Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Research Associate (RA) – 1 Post (Age Limit: 35 Years):
  • PhD or equivalent degree in Electronics/Physics (with specialization in Electronics) with at least three research papers (on HEMT) in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal; OR
  • M.E./M.Tech. (with valid NET and/or GATE score) with 3 years of research experience in the field of semiconductor materials device fabrication, characterisation, modelling, and simulation, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.
• Project Associate-I – 2 Posts (Age Limit: 27 Years):
  • B.Tech./M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics with Electronics / 4 Years B.Sc. in Electronics/Physics. No research experience is mentioned for this post.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting of applications will be done by the Principal Investigator based on the eligibility criteria and qualifications.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and called for an in-person interview.
• At the interview, candidates must bring original degrees, certificates and date of birth proof, along with copies of publications and awards (if applicable).
• The interview date and venue will be communicated by email to shortlisted candidates.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

• Prepare an updated CV.
• Scan self-attested copies of educational certificates and mark sheets (Class XII onwards).
• Scan a self-attested copy of the UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/GATE qualified certificate (if applicable).
• Scan self-attested proof of research experience, special achievements and publications (if any).
