Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Serving/Retired Central/State Govt. officers at Chief Engineer / Superintendent Engineer or equivalent rank in Pay Level 13 / 14 (7CPC) from PWD/CPWD/DDA and other departments.
- Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in handling relevant projects in Central/State Govt.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Essential Work Experience:
- Minimum 25 years' experience in maintenance/upkeep of Govt. buildings, institutional campuses, commercial complexes, or similar infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Government procurement procedures, General Financial Rules (GFR), 2017, and contract management.
- Desirable:
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering / Law / Management.
- Prior experience in Govt. / Training Institute / Disaster Management.
- Language & Age: Fluency in Hindi and English. Maximum Age Limit: 62 years.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
