About Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)

With the distinction of being the first ever High Court annexed Institutional Arbitration Centre; DIAC has made significant contribution to the growth of Arbitration by acting as an effective catalyst to the dispute resolution mechanism. DIAC provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, pre-established rules/procedures, organized structure, equitable fees and outstanding administrative as well as secretarial support for the conduct of Arbitration. DIAC is overseen by the Arbitration Committee and day-to-day functioning and general administration of the Centre are managed by the Coordinator and Additional Coordinators.

In order to meet the ever increasing demand for alternate modes of resolution, DIAC has extended its working hours. DIAC is now open on all days from 10 AM to 8 PM, including Second Saturdays and Sundays (except National Holidays/Gazetted Holidays).
