6. Qualifications: Essential: BE/B Tech in any discipline Essential: Post Graduation: MBA / PGDM or equivalent  Preferable: TOGAF certification or any other EA certification

7. Experience Requirements: Must have 4+ years or more of experience Should have experience of having worked in a government set up Should have knowledge of/ read TOGAF and India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) material Must have knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and related Business, Technical, Information and Data Architectures. Proficient in day to day communication, documentation, management Experience in process reengineering and process implementation is required Experience in implementing open source technologies is required Should have experience in the preparation of SRS, FRS etc. 1+ years of work experience in web services, Open API, MySQL etc.

a. 1+ years of experience in working with internet architecture with many open source technologies such as Java/J2EE/PHP/Phython etec. with good understanding of security, usability, manageability, and scalability aspects Good knowledge of relational databases like (Proven understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, SQL, POST GRESS etc.) Good knowledge of working with version control tools Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle and follow industry best practices Self-starter with ability to work without supervision

8. Job Description: Develop EA Transformation Strategy, high level Business Case and articulate the value of Transformational Development of a high level integrated architecture roadmap by defining requirements for identified Government Ministries and State Governments Enterprise Architect would be responsible for maintenance of India EA Repository. Review regular progress assessment reports with qualitative inputs and flagging off any deviations/ issues that would need to be looked into by the higher authorities Conceptualize/ drive programme & project evaluation assessment Should have worked with Open source technologies Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
